The order for filling out the American army badge is as follows: Surname, First Name and Initial; Social Security Number; Blood Type and Rh Factor(only indicate positive Rh factor as «POS");Religion (Orthodox, Protestant, Baptist, Catholic, Hebrew, No Preference, Atheist). In the U.S. Marine Corps, the modern identification badge includes the following information: 1. First line: Surname 2. Second line: First name and initials 3. Third line: Personal number and blood type 4. Fourth line: "USMC" alongside the gas mask size number 5. Fifth line: Religion U.S. Marines may have a personal number consisting of 5, 6, or even 7 digits. The available gas mask sizes are XS, S, M, L, and XL.
