The latest and final generation of the Palearctic 365 jacket - the PRO model - represents the ultimate in hunting softshells. Compared to its predecessor, the “365 PRO” has a quieter and significantly more robust outer fabric, all seams are made as robust double seams and that Mesh material inside the jacket has been optimized and an inner pocket function has been added. Still 100% windproof and highly water-repellent, the 365 PRO has been further developed for demanding year-round use on the mountains and in flatlands. The supple 3-layer laminate with integrated 37.5™ membrane is extremely breathable while providing weather protection. The tried-and-tested waffle fleece inside the jacket conducts excess heat away from the body thanks to its special micro-structure. Modularly combined with 2 merino layers and a midlayer, this jacket will reliably accompany you from the first of May until winter. Close to the body, but not tightly cut, significantly extended at the rear to prevent drafts, with a revised fit on the underarms, which makes noisy Velcro adjustment unnecessary, the jacket also has a fully-fledged, three-way adjustable so-called drop-away hood with a stiffened peak , which nestles discreetly against the back when not in use. The new for MerkelGEAR designed, abrasion-resistant 4-way stretch soft shell follows every attack dynamically and is ergonomically cut at the appropriate points in the shoulder area for the hunting attack. Even on the most demanding winter tours, the jacket offers the best performance thanks to the microclimate of the 37.5™ equipment. All unnecessary seams have been omitted, which is why the jacket keeps out rain for a long time thanks to the lack of a shoulder seam, even if nothing has been welded waterproof to minimize noise. A significantly improved (environmentally friendly!) DWR finish also has a supporting effect, allowing raindrops to simply roll off. The jacket has four large outer pockets, the upper ones of which can now be used as breast pockets or comfortable Napoleon pockets. An elastic strap allows the binoculars to be secured in front of the wearer's body to prevent them from dangling uncontrollably, and the right pocket can also be opened from the inside using an additional zipper. In addition, the 365 PRO has two very large hand warmer pockets with robust zippers. Lined with soft loop fabric, the inside of the pockets serves as a carrier material for the included cartridge patches. The large 2-way ventilation zippers in the armpit area have been extended again. Subtle logo embroidery on the outside of the jacket and improved cartridge holders complete the picture of the new PRO version!
