Thanks to its robust full-tang construction, the Sautöter Basse is suitable for intercepting strong game as well as for the toughest jobs in the woods and fields.
The 3.6 mm thick blade is ground on both sides (18°/23°) and has a fuller on both sides. It is made of 440C stainless steel and has a hardness of 57-58 HRC. The blade is slightly bulbous on both sides for better cutting. A protruding guard provides the necessary security.
The signal orange handle made of G10 makes it easy to find the knife at any time and is equipped with a lanyard hole. It is secured with two solid rivets. The glass fiber reinforced plastic G10 is particularly robust and very easy to clean.
A robust leather belt sheath with a double belt lock is included in delivery.
