As an ideal companion in the cold season, the heat plaster provides up to 12 hours of soothing heat for sports, leisure and work. With textile adhesive surface for gentle attachment to clothing anywhere on the body.
After opening the packaging, the protective film must first be removed. The back warmer can then be attached to any part of the body (back, neck, stomach, etc.) on the lowest layer of clothing (do not stick directly to the skin!). Further insulation is important so that the full heat can develop over 12 hours.

Instructions for use
The back warmer is applied to clothing at any point on the body, similar to a heat patch. It activates automatically after opening the packaging and provides pleasant warmth for up to 12 hours.
Notes
- Do not apply directly to the skin, but always stick it to the innermost layer of clothing.
- Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
- Remove the heater immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot.
- Do not use while sleeping.
