The 3i series cases protect against dust, water and shock (MIL-C-4150J) and are made of ultra-strong polypropylene copolymer according to military standards. Standard 3i-Series submersible construction features a molded-in hinge, patented "trigger" latches, padded snap-down handle, automatic pressure equalization valve (MILSTD-648C), and is resistant to UV radiation, solvents, and corrosion.
